Q. Where do I find the CC(2020) Plugin?

A. Once Quickprint 5.7 is installed, launch QuickPrint (ensure InDesign is not running) and head to the QuickPrint "help" menu. Here you will see the option to 'Install QuickPrint Plugins...'

 

Q. Do I have to upgrade all Quickprint users within my workgroup?

A. Yes. The database for this version of Quickprint is not backward compatible with previous versions of Quickprint.

 

Q. What is my username?

A. Every user has a 2 part user name. Contact our tech support team if you are unsure about what that is. Details below.

 

Q. What Quickprint preferences should I set?

A. In the General preference pane: Set the check setting to the 1-DefaultInkFix-v9 check setting.

In the Database preference pane: Uncheck the 'Auto Synchronize unknown publications' option.
