FAQ - PLEASE READ

Q. Where do I find the CC(2021) Plugin?

A. Download the CC2021 plugins from the links provided, unzip them and copy them to the Indesign or Illustrator Plugins folder.

Q. Where do I find the other CC Plugins?

A. Once Quickprint 5.7 is installed, launch QuickPrint (ensure InDesign is not running) and head to the QuickPrint "help" menu. Here you will see the option to 'Install QuickPrint Plugins...'

Q. Why is the Illustrator CC2021 Plugin not loading for Mac?

A. Illustrator 25.1 to 25.3.1 has a known bug that prevents 3rd party plugins from loading. Please watch this video to downgrade to 25.0, click.

Q. Do I have to upgrade all Quickprint users within my workgroup?

A. Yes. The database for this version of Quickprint is not backward compatible with previous versions of Quickprint.

Q. What is my username?

A. Every Quickprint account has a 2 part user name. Contact our tech support team if you are unsure about what that is. Details below.

Q. What Quickprint preferences should I set?

A. In the General preference pane: Set the check setting to the 1-DefaultInkFix-v9 check setting.
 

In the Database preference pane: Uncheck the 'Auto Synchronize unknown publications' option.
